- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Follow all captain safety instructions while onboard
- Notify the operator in advance of mobility concerns, medical conditions, or accommodation needs
- Illegal substances, excessive intoxication, and unsafe behavior are not permitted
- Wear soft-soled or non-marking footwear; barefoot is welcome and high heels are discouraged
- Smoking, vaping, and pets require captain approval
- The captain makes final weather and safety decisions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable. If the captain determines weather or sea conditions are unsafe, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
