Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least 48 hours before your session receive full credit as a non-expiring gift card, not a cash refund. Within 48 hours, credit requires manager approval. Less than 24 hours' notice incurs a $50 rebooking fee. With no notice, a 50% gift card is issued on request.
