All sales are final. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather. No refund if you cannot attend or are unable or unwilling to participate.

Yes. You must complete a digital waiver for each participant before the activity starts. Riders under 18 need a digital waiver completed and signed by a legal parent or guardian.
Bike rental departures are not allowed while rain is falling. In severe weather, staff may contact you about one hour before departure to adjust or reschedule. Reschedules and refunds are at the company’s discretion.
