• Arrive 15 minutes early for parking and check-in; late arrivals may lose rental time
• Boat renters must be 21+; passengers may be any age with an adult renter
• Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation; both must match the renter's name
• Passengers 13 and younger must wear a provided Coast Guard-approved life vest
• Use a qualified operator; independent captains typically charge $60 per hour plus gratuity, paid directly at the rental and not included in the listed price
• Expect a $50-per-hour premium, not included in the listed price, on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, during the Christmas Boat Parade, and on the 4th of July and 4th of July weekend
• Keep alcohol for passengers 21+ who are not operating the vessel
• Do not fish or swim outside designated swimming areas
• Do not smoke, vape, bring open flames, fireworks, or combustible materials
• Do not bring Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, or similar decorations
• Wear flat footwear; high heels and wedges are not permitted onboard
