- Use an alternate route from June through September, when Bay Shore Ave closes from 9am to 5pm
- Expect light-rain cruises to proceed with umbrellas and blankets provided
- Expect gratuity to be separate from the listed price; 15%–20% of the trip cost is customary and discretionary
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 24 hours before your cruise without fees. Cruises are nonrefundable within 24 hours. Rescheduling within 24 to 3 hours is subject to availability and has a $50 fee, which may increase if food or flowers were ordered. No changes or rescheduling within 3 hours. December Holiday Lights Cruises and weddings require 72 hours' notice.
FAQs
Use the free parking lot behind the building or free street parking on East Ocean Blvd. Do not park in the red Restricted area or the Leeway Sailing Center turnaround.
Your cruise will still end at its scheduled time, and late arrival does not qualify for a refund.
