Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Cancellations after the booking date incur a 20% cancellation fee. These charges do not apply to safety-related cancellations made by the operator.

FAQs
Drips and spray can get you wet, even in a closed-deck kayak. Wear warm, quick-drying or waterproof layers for the night paddle. Water shoes are ideal, but tennis shoes with socks also work.
Bring your own bottle of water. A headlamp is optional and won't be used while paddling on the tour.
No, phones won't capture the bioluminescence. You can bring your phone for pictures before dark.
