Cancellation Policy
Tours are nonrefundable. Reschedule free at least 72 hours before departure. No-shows and arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot be rescheduled or refunded. In inclement weather, the tour time may move up to 3 hours. Weather or unforeseen cancellations are rescheduled for the next available tour.

No. Drinking before the ride is not allowed, and no drinks (including coffee) or food are allowed on the Rydables. If you arrive intoxicated, you will be dismissed with no refund; alcohol use may be checked with a breathalyzer.
Wear layers, since Napa weather can change quickly. Avoid items you need to carry; backpacks are allowed, but purses or anything hanging off your body is discouraged.
