You can drive alongside the group and meet at the stops if you do not want to ride or cannot ride a bicycle. Arrange your own transportation to the starting location.
You will be exposed to some level of pollution on the ride. People with asthma or other respiratory issues are advised to wear a mask, ride in a car, or reconsider participating. Pregnant or nursing individuals are not advised to participate.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose garments that could catch in wheels or chains. Bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat if you use one.
