Important details

• Arrive 15 minutes before your rental start time
• Bring a valid photo ID
• Renters must be age 18 or older
• Ages 13 and under must ride in a tandem kayak with a parent or guardian and be at least 40 inches tall
• Infants must remain on a parent or guardian's lap; bring an infant life vest
• Ages 16–17 may operate independently, but a parent or guardian must be present at rental check-in
• Ages 14+ may operate independently only with a parent or guardian supervising on the water
• Requires entering and exiting the kayak without assistance
• Complete the online waiver before arrival for every member of your party
• Avoid alcohol before and during your rental, and wear your life vest at all times
• Return on time; late returns incur $10 for every 15 minutes, with full or prorated fees and no grace period
• Participation is not permitted if you are sick, have a fever of 100.4°F or higher, or have had recent COVID-19 exposure
