Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund, or 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before. If the operator deems conditions unsafe, they'll work with you to reschedule or refund per policy. Late arrivals may be rescheduled based on availability.
