- Requires fair physical condition, balance on uneven ground, and the ability to walk to the water's edge and enter a kayak yourself. Basic launch assistance is available on request.
- A valid Florida fishing license is required if you plan to fish. Bring your license and your own fishing gear, or rent a pole separately.
- Late returns incur $20 per person for every 30 minutes late, automatically charged to the card on file. This fee is not included in the listed price.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund, or 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before. If conditions are deemed unsafe, the operator will work with you to reschedule or refund per policy. Late arrivals may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
