Important details
- Pets are not permitted. Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are allowed; emotional support and comfort animals are not permitted
- Keep strollers, outside food, and beverages off the train
- Separate reservations and tickets added later may not be seated together
- Arrive 30–60 minutes before departure and check in at the blue caboose ticket office. The office opens 1 hour before departure, and boarding begins 30 minutes before departure
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable. Cancel or change at least one week before departure for full credit; later changes receive credit minus a per-ticket service fee. If the railroad cancels for inclement weather, it will try to reschedule you; if no reschedule is available, an in-house credit is held until October 31 of the following year.
