Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations at least 7 days before the tour. Cancellations within 7 days do not receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Free changes or rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before start, subject to availability.

FAQs
Waimea Valley entry is not included and costs $25 per adult. Optional paddleboard rental costs $35 per person. Meals, golf cart rides, gratuities, and personal purchases are not included.
The Waimea Falls walk takes about 30 minutes on a paved path through a botanical garden. Golf cart rides are available at an additional cost if you prefer not to walk.
Bring reef-safe sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, sunglasses or a sun hat, towels, swimwear, extra clothes, and comfortable clothes and sandals.
