North Shore Shark Adventures delivers consistently exceptional shark cage diving experiences with a crew that genuinely cares about both safety and guest enjoyment. Reviewers repeatedly praise the knowledgeable, friendly staff who create a comfortable atmosphere even for those nervous about sharks or open water. The crew's passion for marine life shines through, and they're known for going above expectations—one guest was allowed to stay in the cage for both rotations when they were having such a great time. Expect to see plenty of Galapagos sharks, typically 15-20 per trip, with occasional bonus sightings of dolphins and other marine life. The experience itself involves a relaxing 15-20 minute boat ride to the cage, where groups of about six take turns in the water for roughly 15 minutes each. The boat offers both sunny and shaded seating options. Multiple reviewers mention this is their second or third time booking, which speaks volumes about the quality. Motion sickness medication is recommended given the open water conditions. Plan to use facilities before boarding since there's no bathroom on the boat and the harbor restrooms are pretty basic.
Awesome experience! Great vibe, super friendly and cool crew! Before getting in the water there was a few sharks around the boat. But when you get in the cage and look under water, you realize you’re surrounded by about a dozen sharks ! Definitely worth it, and I’d recommended North Shore Shark Adventures!
