Things to know
Minors under 18 need a parent or adult to sign a waiver on-site and must be accompanied by an adult in their group. Minors must wear a life vest at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Severe weather: no penalty to reschedule/cancel. 30+ days: full refund minus $10/item/day and/or $5/person/trip, plus transaction/booking fees. 3–30 days: no refund. Less than 72 hours: no refund. No-shows: no refund.

Arrive 15–30 minutes early.
Wear securely fitting shoes to help avoid foot injury in the river (water shoes or old tennis shoes work best). Bring shoes for on the river and dry shoes for off the river. Most guests wear a bathing suit or shorts and a T-shirt, and you may get wet.
Bring food and beverages if you’d like, but do not bring glass or Styrofoam products.
