Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before for a full refund, excluding the nonrefundable online booking fee. Cancel by 9:30 PM the night before for a refund minus $10 per person; later cancellations are nonrefundable. No refunds for absent auroras or cloudy skies. Clouds and light snow do not cancel the tour. Dangerous weather or emergencies may cause cancellation. Changes are not allowed.

Yes. The tour requires at least two people to run.
Pickup is between about 9:15 PM and 10:00 PM, depending on your hotel's location. You'll receive your pickup time by text around 4:00 PM on the day of the tour. You'll leave the lodge at 2:00 AM and return to your Fairbanks-area hotel around 2:45–3:00 AM.
