- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time at the launch or delivery location
- Complete the required waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must complete paperwork for minors

- Bring a valid driver's license for every approved driver
- Anyone born after January 1, 1988 needs a Michigan Boater Safety Course certificate to operate a motorized vessel
- A $500 temporary credit-card authorization hold per vehicle applies on the day of your rental and is released after a satisfactory inspection
- Return the pontoon with the same fuel level; a $75 refueling fee per unit applies if it is returned with less fuel and is not included in the listed price
- Bring a Coast Guard-approved life jacket for each person under 90 pounds
- Expect a $10-per-minute late-arrival fee after a 10-minute grace period
- Keep glass containers off the watercraft and do not drink alcohol while operating a motorized vessel
- Use towable equipment only with approved add-ons

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations less than 7 days before the rental incur a 50% fee. Bookings made within 7 days are non-refundable. No-shows and early termination for rule violations are non-refundable.
