- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time at your selected launch or delivery location
- Ages 21+ to rent
- Complete the required waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must complete documentation for minors
- Valid driver's licenses required for all approved drivers
- A Michigan Boater Safety Course is required to operate a motorized vessel if you were born after January 1, 1988
- Bring a Coast Guard-approved life jacket for each person under 90 pounds
- A $500 temporary authorization hold per vehicle is placed on your card for the rental and released after inspection if there is no loss or damage
- Return the watercraft with the same fuel level or a $75 per-unit refueling fee applies; this fee is not included in the listed price
- After a 10-minute grace period, a late-arrival fee of $10 per minute may apply; this fee is not included in the listed price
- No glass containers on the watercraft
- No alcohol while operating a motorized vessel
- No towing sports unless using approved add-ons

Your rental may be rescheduled for severe weather. Light rain or cloudy skies do not qualify for cancellation.
