FAQs
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for each passenger (passport, driver’s license, or state ID). The credit or debit cardholder must be present at check-in with the card used to book, and the card must match the cardholder’s photo ID.
If you weigh 250 lbs (113 kg) or more, you must purchase an additional seat. The maximum weight per passenger is 300 lbs (136 kg).
No bags are allowed onboard. You can bring cell phones, tablets, smartphones, cameras, and sunglasses (except Galaxy Note 7). Token-operated lockers are available at the heliport for an extra charge of $2 per token.
