Changes and cancellations allowed up to 24 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds once a tour has commenced. Inter-island flights are non-refundable; airline change fees up to $250 plus fare difference may apply.

After you arrive at Honolulu International Airport, meet the van at the designated baggage-claim pickup area: Southwest Airlines passengers go to Terminal 2 near baggage claim 31 at pickup location #5; Hawaiian Airlines passengers go outside the Hawaiian terminal baggage claim at pickup location #1. Look for the van with the Aloha Sunshine Tours logo.
