Cancel or change up to 24 hours before the tour without penalty. Within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full. No refunds once the tour has started. Inter-island flights and airline-packaged tours are non-refundable; airline overage fees may apply.

Provide each passenger’s full name, birthdate, and gender at booking. Make sure the name and birthdate exactly match your government-issued photo ID or passport for airline check-in.
Plan to check in at least 1 hour before departure. Approximate flight times are 6:00–6:15AM departure and 6:45–7:00AM arrival.
After you arrive, meet the van at the designated airport pick-up areas: Southwest passengers go outside Terminal 2 near baggage claim 31 at pick-up location #5; Hawaiian Airlines passengers go outside baggage claim at pick-up location #1. Look for the van with the Aloha Sunshine Tours logo.
