Free cancellation up to 168 hours before the airport meeting time. No refund within 168 hours or for no-shows. Refund requests must be received within 30 days. Name or date changes may incur airline fees up to $250 plus fare difference per segment. Government-issued ID is required; denied boarding for lack of ID is treated as a no-show. No refunds for weather or force majeure.
