Things to know
Shuttle service is only available in the Waikiki and Ko Olina areas; meet at the harbor on your own from other areas. Wetsuits are available to rent for an additional $10 (adults) or $5 (children). Starting Oct 28, 2021, you must stay 50 yards away from Hawaiian spinner dolphins under the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of bus pick-up time. For bookings of 6 or more persons, no refunds or rescheduling within 72 hours of tour start time. No refunds for cancellations due to wrong pick-up location/time or delays.

FAQs
Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring towels, sunscreen (eco-friendly if possible), a hat, and sunglasses. Snorkel gear is provided, but you can bring your own snorkel, mask, and fins if you prefer.
Bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages if you like. The tour also provides water, juice, and lunch.
Rent a wetsuit for an additional fee: $10 for adults and $5 for children.
