Approach distance to Hawaiian spinner dolphins is limited to 50 yards under the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Bananas are prohibited onboard due to local superstition; please plan accordingly. Bring only essentials, as items cannot be left on the shuttle.
Cancellation policy
No refunds or rescheduling are offered within 48 hours of pick-up time (72 hours for bookings of six or more and one week for charters). Cancellations due to late arrival, wrong meeting point, missed pick-up, lack of wildlife sightings, or poor water conditions are non-refundable.
