Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit or 50% prepaid; same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather, reschedule or receive a full refund. If weather ends the trip early, unused time is refunded, rounded to the nearest half-hour.
