• Complete check-in by 6:00 PM October 1–May 31 or by 6:30 PM June 1–September 30
• Bring a valid photo ID matching the reservation name
• Bring the credit card used for purchase if requested for bookings made within 48 hours
• Accessible shuttle buses require at least 72 hours’ notice
• American Sign Language interpretation requires one week’s advance notice
