Know before you go
- Arrive for check-in between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM from October 1 through May 31
- Arrive for check-in between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM from June 1 through September 30
- Bring your confirmation and a valid photo ID matching the reservation name
- Bring the credit card used for purchase if requested for bookings made within 48 hours
- Expect optional roundtrip transportation from the Waikīkī area to cost $30 per person; it is not included in the listed price
- Request ADA-compliant shuttle transportation at least 72 hours in advance; American Sign Language interpretation requires one week’s advance notice
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime for a full refund, including the day of the tour. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
