- Ages 16+ only; travelers ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult

- Sign a liability waiver before taking part; an adult signs for minors
- Wear a life jacket during water activities
- Wear closed-toe shoes for the ATV; open shoes, slippers, and Crocs are not allowed
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or people with back problems, heart conditions, serious medical conditions, mobility impairments, or wheelchair users
- Notify the beach attendant at least 45 minutes before you are ready to leave Mahogany Beach
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a new date if canceled within 24 hours of the reservation start time. If you book within 48 hours, cancel within 1 hour for a full refund. A 15-minute late-arrival grace period applies. Safety-related weather cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded minus special or customized order costs.
