- Collective weight limit: 650 pounds per raft
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or travelers with back problems, mobility impairments, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions; wheelchair access is not available
- Bring a photo ID and the credit or debit card matching the reservation name; your ID number will be recorded and your photo taken on arrival
- Sign a waiver before participating; an adult must sign for minors
- Wear non-slip waterproof footwear
- Don't bring valuables; the operator is not responsible for lost items or phones and cameras handed to staff

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel at least 24 hours before start to apply your deposit to a new date. If you book within 48 hours, cancel within 1 hour of booking for a full refund. Arrive within 15 minutes of start or move to the next available time or date; late arrivals without prior consent are no-shows with no refund. Weather safety cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded minus special/custom order costs.
