- Combined participant weight limit: 650 pounds for sea tubing and bamboo rafting
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or people with back, heart, serious medical, mobility, or wheelchair needs
- Bring a photo ID and the credit or debit card used for the reservation; both must match the reservation name. Your ID number will be recorded and your photo taken on arrival
- Complete a waiver before participating; an adult must sign for minors
- Wear a life jacket and waterproof non-slip footwear during the activities
Cancellation Policy
Bookings made within 48 hours of start may be canceled for a full refund within 1 hour of booking. Arrive within the 15-minute grace period or you may be moved to the next available time or date. If weather creates a safety concern, the operator may cancel; you can reschedule or receive a refund minus special/customized-order costs.
