Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, your deposit can be applied to a new date. Bookings made within 48 hours can be canceled within 1 hour for a full refund. After a 15-minute grace period, late arrivals move to the next available slot or date; no-shows are nonrefundable. If safety weather cancels the activity, reschedule or receive a refund minus special/custom order costs.
