- Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or people with back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions, mobility impairments, or wheelchair users
- Sign a release of liability waiver
- Present a photo ID and a signed credit or debit card matching the reservation name on arrival; your ID will be checked, recorded, and photographed
- If you require training, it will be deducted from your 30-minute ride time
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a new date when you cancel within 24 hours of start. If you book within 48 hours of the activity, cancel within 1 hour of booking for a full refund. If weather creates a safety concern, the operator may cancel; reschedule or receive a refund minus special or customized order costs.
