- Children ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Sea tubing has a 650-pound total weight limit
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or those with back problems, heart problems, serious medical conditions, mobility impairments, or wheelchair users
- Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation; the name on both must match
- Sign a waiver before boarding; an adult must sign for minors
- Wear the provided life jacket throughout the experience
- Remove loose items such as jewelry, glasses, and wigs, and do not bring valuables
- Notify the beach attendant at least 45 minutes before you want to return to the marina
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a new date when you cancel at least 24 hours before start. Bookings made within 48 hours can be canceled for a full refund within 1 hour of booking. If weather creates a safety concern, the operator may cancel; reschedule or receive a refund minus special/customized order costs.
