- Sign a waiver before boarding; an adult must sign for minors
- Wear a lifejacket during the experience
- Notify the beach attendant at least 45 minutes before you are ready to return to the marina
Cancellation Policy
Bookings made within 48 hours of the activity can be canceled for a full refund within 1 hour of booking. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; later arrivals may be moved to the next available time or date. Late arrival without prior consent is a no-show with no refund. Weather safety cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded minus special or customized order costs.
