Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental time
- Primary drivers must be age 21+; additional drivers must be age 18+ with a valid license
- Bring a valid ID if you are driving
- Ages 5+ only for passengers
- Passengers under 18 must wear a helmet; helmets are provided in sizes S–XL
- Pregnant travelers and travelers with injuries cannot participate
- Provide a credit card for the required security deposit, which is not included in the listed price and varies by vehicle
- Expect gas, sales tax, and insurance charges in addition to the listed price
- Expect a $100 cleaning fee per vehicle if it is returned dirty or muddy
- Keep the rental in Sedona and the immediate local area
- Expect some trails to close during unsafe weather conditions; you may still drive street-legal vehicles around town
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
