Important details
- Renters must be 21+ and present a valid US driver's license; operators must be 16+
- Bring a credit card and a vehicle that can tow a small trailer for pickup
- Single-snowmobile rentals require riding with another group in the backcountry or being highly experienced in the backcountry
- Everyone in your group must sign a liability waiver
- Parking at Vail Pass costs $10 and is not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for damage to or loss of rental machines, equipment, and trailers
- No snowmobile deliveries are available to the trails
- Pick up from 6–7 PM the evening before or 8–10 AM on your rental day, and return by 6 PM; late fees may apply
- Next-morning returns may be allowed from 9–11 AM for $50 per machine
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before your rental, receive an 85% refund. 7–13 days before, receive a 75% refund. Within 7 days, refunds are unavailable. More than 48 hours before your rental, you may receive a 100% credit to move your date; credits last 12 months and are limited to one per booking. Within 48 hours, credits and refunds are unavailable.
