- The cardholder must attend the tour and bring ID for the on-site check. If the cardholder is absent, additional verification may be requested on arrival.
- Boarding is not permitted if you appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- No pets are allowed on board.
- Wear clothing suitable for flight, including shoes, a shirt, and pants or shorts.
- Occupy your own seat and wear a seat belt, including children.
- Do not bring alcohol on board or smoke in or within 50 feet of the aircraft.
- Boarding may be refused for safety reasons.
- Arrive at the office at least 10–15 minutes before your tour.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be made within 2 weeks of purchase; a $25 processing fee applies. After 2 weeks, tickets are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure and no-shows are eligible for rescheduling only; no-shows incur a $25 rebooking fee. Temporary flight restrictions may require rescheduling or route changes; no refunds apply.
