Know before you go
- Drivers must be ages 21+ with a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance; proof of both is required
- Complete the required safety documentation and waiver before operating the cart
- Have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the waiver for participants under 18
- Watch the safety video before operating the cart
- Wear seat belts at all times while riding
- Drive only on roads posted 35 mph or less; carts cannot enter Destin or Fort Walton Beach, beaches, or sidewalks
- Do not operate the cart between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled rental date and time for a full refund, less applicable service fees. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Changes are free when made more than 72 hours before, subject to availability.
