- Drivers must be ages 21+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance is required for each driver, with proof required before operating
- Complete required safety documentation and watch the safety video before operating
- All adults must complete a liability waiver; a parent or legal guardian must sign for participants under 18
- Wear seat belts at all times
- Golf carts may only operate on roads posted 35 mph or less
- Do not drive on beaches or sidewalks
- Do not operate the golf cart between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Do not drive to Destin or into Fort Walton Beach
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental for a full refund, less applicable service fees. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Changes are free more than 72 hours before, subject to availability.
