Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a refund. No refunds for day-of-tour no-shows. One date exchange is allowed at least 24 hours before the event; if you miss the second date, cancel at least 48 hours before start to avoid liability.

The food tour uses uneven surfaces and cannot be completed safely with walking aids, including crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or rollators.
Share dietary restrictions at least 24 hours before departure. Dietary substitutions are available, but vegan diets and allergies to bell pepper, cilantro, or onion cannot be accommodated. Vegetarian and gluten-free diets together cannot be accommodated.
