Important details
- Ages 6+ only. All riding experience levels are welcome.
- Weight limit: 220 lbs.
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
- Follow your guide's instructions. The guide may deny participation if your riding would put you, others, or the horses at risk.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you arrive late without prior notice, your ride still ends at its scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means you cannot ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your ride to reschedule within the same calendar month. With less than 48 hours' notice, no rescheduling or refund is available. No-shows are charged for the ride. If severe weather cancels your ride, rescheduling is attempted first, then a full refund is offered.

Rides are canceled for severe weather such as thunder and lightning, heavy rain, hail, or sleet. The operator will try to notify you before your ride. If you haven't received a cancellation notice, assume the ride is going ahead; weather at the trail may differ from weather where you are.
