• Drivers must be at least 21 and present a valid driver's license at pickup
• Manual-transmission drivers must be experienced with a clutch and stick shift
• A refundable $300 security deposit is required at pickup and is not included in the listed price
• Final driver approval is required at pickup
• Passengers must fit the factory-installed seat belt; children may ride only when the seat belt fits properly
• Requires entering and exiting a low-profile vehicle and remaining seated upright throughout the ride
• Not suitable for anyone whose back, neck, heart, mobility, or other medical condition may be aggravated by wind, vibration, heat, or extended riding
• Wear seat belts while the vehicle is moving, follow traffic laws, and do not drive or ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road driving, racetrack use, racing, drifting, burnouts, and reckless driving are prohibited
• Fuel, tolls, parking, citations, late-return charges, damage, and other rental-agreement fees are not included in the listed price
