- Children ages 3–12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Adult tickets apply from age 13.
- Moderate physical fitness is required. The activity is wheelchair-accessible.
- Opening hours are 9:30am–5pm, with last admission at 4pm. The park is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
