Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund or credit with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes. Packages have a general four-hour rental limit, but extensions are available at no extra charge. All rentals must be picked up by 6 PM.
No. If you can't meet the delivery team, your beach gear can be left with the hotel's bell desk. The team needs your room number and the name you're checked in under.
