- Reservations are required at least one day in advance; same-day bookings and walk-ups are not accommodated
- Arrive 15 minutes early to allow for a possible line at the park entrance
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change your reservation more than 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations. If dangerous wind, waves, or weather cause cancellation, you'll receive a full refund or transfer to another date. Tours are not cancelled for rain.
