Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice. Within 24 hours, reservations are non-refundable but may be rebooked for another available time. No-shows are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

FAQs
Yes. Instructors are available for $25 per hour during your paddle session.
Yes. Free parking is available in Liberty Station on Farragut or Cushing streets, in the NTC Park parking lot, or in the cul-de-sac.
Use the restrooms in NTC Park's salmon-colored building just north of the setup, or inside the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. The hotel's back entrance is open to the public only in the morning.
