Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a 100% refund, or 1–2 days in advance for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance receive no refund. Additional fees, not included in the listed price, apply if equipment is not ready for pickup at 8:00 AM on the pickup date or is returned to the store after the designated return time.
