Rentals are paused because water temperatures are too cold and are scheduled to resume May 16, 2026. Ages 8–15 need a signed float plan/agreement form and a supervising adult 18+ on the water; ages 16–17 need a signed form. There is no customer parking on site.

Beautiful spot to spend a day canoeing and walking around Georgetown. Highly recommend. We did a 2 hour canoe rental and brought a cooler with lunch. Row north if you want great scenery of nature and row south if you want an amazing view of the DC cityscape. Will be going again next season!!
