- A properly fitted United States Coast Guard-approved life jacket is required while on the water
- Alcohol and drug use before or during the activity is prohibited

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before your start time. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
