Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for the safety briefing
- Complete one waiver per person before arrival
- Bring a physical copy or photo of your ID for check-in
- Ages 2+ only
- Intermediate paddling experience, confident swimming, and comfort around wildlife are required
- Requires full mobility and good physical condition
- Single kayaks have a 300 lb maximum weight; double kayaks have a 450 lb maximum weight
- Do not interfere with wildlife or climb, jump from, or hang from trees
- Do not bring glass, alcohol, Styrofoam, illegal narcotics, pets, motors, speakers, lawn chairs, hammocks, or slacklines
- Expect the tour to operate in light rain, overcast skies, and cool temperatures
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before start. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Same-day rescheduling incurs a $50 fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety reasons.

Locker rentals are available on site for storing personal belongings while you paddle.
