- Renters and operators must be 18+; passengers of all ages are welcome
- Bring a valid driver's license for the responsible renter
- Operators born after January 1, 1988 need a valid Florida Boater Safety Card available on a phone at check-in
- Complete one waiver for the boat before arrival
- Allow a few minutes for check-in and safety orientation; rental time begins at the reserved start time
- A valid Florida fishing license is required for anyone age 16+ who plans to fish
- Do not tow or pull anything behind the pontoon
- Late returns may incur additional fees not included in the listed price
- Extra cleaning due to fish remains may incur a fee not included in the listed price
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Same-day reservations, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. No refunds after departure. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather, choose a refund or reschedule.
