- Renters and operators must be ages 18+
- A valid driver's license is required for the responsible renter
- Operators born after January 1, 1988 require a valid Florida Boaters Safety Card
- One waiver is required per boat
- A valid Florida fishing license is required for anglers ages 16+
- Nothing may be towed or pulled behind the pontoon
- Late returns may result in additional fees
- An extra cleaning fee, not included in the listed price, applies if fish remains require extra cleaning

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before departure. Same-day or within-24-hour reservations are non-refundable. If severe weather prevents departure, receive a rental-fee refund or reschedule.
