Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before for a full refund. Cancel less than 7 days but more than 48 hours: 50% deposit kept and 50% refunded. Cancel within 48 hours: full amount charged. Full refund for weather cancellations if the operator cancels.
FAQs
Yes. You pay the captain fee on arrival at a rate of $30 per hour. Captain tips are not included and are suggested at 20%.
Bring a photo ID. You can also bring ice, sunscreen, towels, bathing suits, and any food and drinks you want, plus any cups and plates you may need.
Plan to arrive 30 minutes before departure for parking, check-in, and a safety briefing. The boat departs on time and will not turn around for late groups.
