• Requires physical ability to participate in the wagon tour and walk over uneven terrain, including grass, wood chips and possibly dirt.
• Children require supervision by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Participation requires accepting the risks of a working farm, including insects and bee stings, animals, moving vehicles, farm equipment and changing weather.

• The waiver authorizes the farm to seek emergency medical treatment, with the participant, parent or legal guardian responsible for the cost.
• Follow posted rules and staff safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity.
• Dress for outdoor conditions. Activities may continue in changing weather unless farm staff determine otherwise.
• The farm may photograph or record you for promotional use unless you notify staff otherwise in writing.
• Arrive 10–15 minutes before your guided tour time. Check in with staff, show your booking confirmation and follow signs and staff directions to the wagon boarding area.
