Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Weight requirement: 65–250 lbs; expect a discreet weight check at check-in
- Height requirement: at least 48 inches; height is measured at check-in
- Ages 13 and under require a ticketed, participating responsible adult age 18+
- Ages 14–17 require a responsible adult to join the tour or remain on site
- Requires good health, reaching overhead to a handlebar, climbing stairs, hiking uneven terrain, and following staff instructions
- Participation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that limit your abilities
- Wear closed-toe shoes; Crocs, slip-ons, and sling-backs are not permitted
- Complete a waiver before the adventure; a parent or legal guardian must complete it for anyone under 18
- Tours operate rain or shine, though severe weather may delay or cancel operations
- Bring downloaded or printed directions before departure; cell phone reception is limited in the area
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are not refunded. No refund if you do not meet participant requirements. If the operator cancels due to weather, you may receive a full refund or rain check, depending on circumstances.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Crocs, slip-ons, and sling-backs are not allowed. Longer shorts or pants are more comfortable with a harness, and tie long hair back in a bun or braid.
